Product Introduction
Lightweight mullite for furnace exposed to flame - XS series special material. Lightweight materials are an important part of unshaped refractory materials. They feature low bulk density, high strength, small linear change after firing, low thermal conductivity, good integrity and air tightness, high thermal efficiency and long service life. They can effectively reduce furnace weight and lower costs. These materials are used for thermal insulation or direct flame contact in thermal equipment, and are suitable for aluminum alloy melting furnaces, holding furnaces, preheating furnaces, heating furnaces, soaking furnaces, annealing furnaces, furnace covers, furnace walls, ladles, and thermal insulation parts that are in contact with flames. They can also be designed as lightweight materials for special parts.
